Corona Del Mar Condos are located just north of St. Augustine Beach Florida and about 1 mile south of the historical section of down town Saint Augustine in an area known as Salt Run. Each condo is waterfront and comes with a boat slip. The Corona Del Mar building is three levels and has a total of 15 individual condominium units that were built in 2000. Each unit at Corona Del Mar Condos is a flat ( 1 level ), 2 - 3 bedrooms with 2 - 2 ˝ baths and is over 1600 square feet. The laundry is located inside each unit. There is an under ground parking garage with plenty of parking and storage closets located in the garage. Corona Del Mar is a walled complex with security gate. At this time, there is no on site rental management. We do not handle rentals.

Located at Salt Run, it is very close to the St. Augustine inlet. Being close to the inlet is great because it means you have outstanding views plus you save a ton in fuel when running offshore in your boat.
